5. Payment Terms

Failure to remit payment in accordance with agreed terms may result in account suspension, late fees, and referral to collections. All amounts are due in United States dollars.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abbu Musa Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to any account holder shall not exceed the amount paid by that account holder in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
